It was only a week so I suspect that they are very close, just needed that extra week to close things out.Its only been 'officially' 4 weeks which is a very short period.
I also support the notion that this is a steal, I can hope the independent expert can do their job but cant believe there hasn't been more noise from media / major shareholders.
