Oil is an absolute un-loved commodity. Maybe they like oil, but hate Oil stocks.
The price action over the past ew days, and the extension of the dus dilligence period suggests to me that either the deal is off? or that PNG is requiring more from this deal. My opinion is that the markets react first, then they think later of the merits of the deal.
If STO is at 6.12 - then per the deal OSH should be at 3.84 (for every STO share you get 0.6275 shares of OSH)
Time will tell.
