Very unusual movements in teh sector but STO and OSH are crazy. What news am I missing?

I expected some shinaghians and STO massive supposably exposed short was left field and even thought there might be partial covering via OSH but having trouble woring out what i am missing? Did PNG sink slowly in last month or run dry? Ratio locked in so is there fear it won't go ahead - is there news out there about some big voters?
