very much becomes a game of "who is left" while looking at who wants to grow... the S&W deal showed that they needed to upgrade distillery to get to the next stage. Not everyone is up for that level of capital spend - best time to sell IMO.
Perhaps as GDA approaches current capacity of 20m litres we might become a target?
