I did quite a bit of research on PBH before buying lately, the cash in the bank and expansion into markets particular in Canada and New York position it to be a betting powerhouse...It does appear some takeover activity on the cards, i believe averaging down every time it hits a new low is a winning strategy, ask me again 6 months later.
The fact is there is a limit to how far it can fall given the bank balance, having raised money at $10 and $8. This is how I made money on GXY as well, when the games are being played, just keep accumulating.
Shareholders only going to get 'burnt' if your average buy price remains around $10 etc. Current market cap is peanuts, this is the stock I am most optimistic about going forward. Just got to wait for hit to hit my targets before pulling the trigger on more buys.
