for me, they must address the US brand recognition or lack thereof, it is critically clear americans like branding, it is seeded into their brains and embedded into their culture, it matters a lot.

we need to team up our tech and app which is top 3 easy with a brand that can dominate.

why did Ceasers acquire william hill ? the tech and app, why did they not keep the name but change to ceasers ? the brand

same for entain and MGM

if fanatics want to take the long road, good luck
