I heard this on the grapevine from a few brokers long before the ABC's 7.30 report. China may just want a bigger slice of the company in shareholding terms. They do not wish to run it.
Let Twiggy do that as he has done a good job so far. Also a bigger slice may be coming from a russian synidicate later.
