can't say whether I'd be happy or disappointed with the takeover. I mean I'll take the money and be happy but feel RDY are growing nicely with good recurring revenue good margins and low churn. to sell out now seems like bad timing when the cycle for tech stocks are at their lowest. having said that RDY has held up quite nicely in comparison to others.
