Insofar Australian manufacturing Plant in SA I'm guessing there might not be any equity left in this manufacturing complex considering Mayne been struggling financially for years probably used up whatever equity left in it . Could be lack of buying interest since Metric sale selling seen as a red flag so too story management came up with selling Metric/complex in the US think lacked credibility perhaps boards credibility as well .
