I'd rather $200m (still a bargain) but I do agree, for those in the business this is now a nice juicy bargain sat on the shelves ticking away.
The only think is that BHP & co aren't in the business of throwing money away... they're quite comfortable paying more than bargain basement (look at OZL) because their modus operandi is to buy value with high confidence.
However that's where I can see SHP being an odd one out there... this is no explorer trying to hit a jackpot. They have the goods, they have hoops to jump, but so long as the corporate machine does what it is meant to the risk of government interventions / disasters / etc is relatively low here
