If it's the BOD's intention to shop this around for a T/O, then wouldn't it make more sense to have PFS behind you?
In my view, the $ above $50mill are probably only achievable with a PFS in place (at least).
With the CEO candidate that was appointed, it feels like this strategy could be on the table?
