There's no way management will accept any takeover attempt at this stage unless the transaction is very attractive,
afew months ago Stuart Robertson the chairman bought fair amounts at $2.74
and management have their stake worth $36 millions in company ,they will not go for low offers
when this macroeconomic situation stabilise we should get back to fair value of $3.60 possible next year.
