Are there any learned Farites whose speceality subject is...

Are there any learned Farites whose speceality subject is takeovers. If a takeover were to happen, would it be when the shareprice is low making large accumulation easier.... The only downside being lack of knowledge of proven reserves or takeover when reserves are known but the sharprice is higher. The only advantage to me would be that awkward decision of,if or when to sell is taken out of my hands.Have been a long term holder, beleive in the product and its future and treat any shareprice weakness as a buying opportunity...Would appreciate hearing the pros and cons of a takeover situation.
