positive ann's dont seem to do anything lately, and they are still too small to gain any huge long term contracts.

as far as who would look at neptune - id favour any foreign O&G services co looking to establish an australian base looking ahead at the LNG projects. or as WOR did during the last year, it could be a local mining services giant keen to have an offshore sector as well.
