Grange, I do not know..I would imagine it all depends upon the wording of the J.V.contract..
Commercial prudence would dictate that the operator,as the permit holder,would have, should have, an escape clause in the agreement somewhere..It may well be that JH and team are following a logical path towards that end? We will find out eventually...
My money is on JH and team holding the "Ace in the hole"....
