Since we (the long term posters) seem to have now established a deep knowledge of what mega potential probably CTP holds(even now after the ONLY the first year drilling campaign) and YES- as you said the discovery should have set bells aringing in THE biggest quarters of billion dollars energy conglomerates -say BG.
And they did so respond - but as you have said they will pounce and pounce FAST and FURIOULY once that know the extent of what is there. So we (long termers) probably know what is in stall.
I think that once drilling starts next autumn 2009 then possibly in a very short time of confirmations of success then agree with you and some posters (IF THE MARKETS is ready) then those dollar signs could easily be flashing beside the stock.

BUT again that is probably up to six months away and should the confirmations start to tick up on drilling strikes then we know who will be offering some very tempting buys.

NO, honestly I would not be at all tempted with $5.75 the price they paid QGC.
As you said Sav-J the magnitude of the lands and propectivity that CTP holds and plans to explore is mega incomparison to what BG bought from QGC (could be up to 20 times bigger or more).
We definately should not be tempted into at all selling CTP cheap. 270000 sqkm of land tenemants and only about 1% of drilled land has given CTP a mega JACKPOT already -the CBM.
Hay- whats in the other 99% ??? Yes, definately hanging in for a very long term and yes have been hanging in since 17th March 2006.
So patience is the word. Its all starting to unfold!
