The current share price concerns me. We have been told the company is under review and open to all discussions.

Surely the market knows this, and a takeover / buyout etc under normal circumstances would be factoring in somewhere near the final price.

The concern to me is whether the current share price is indictative of the final price, or as previously stated greater than 10cents.

If greater that 10 cents why hasn't the market factored in the value.
