It could be something like a takeover but such action would need to be priced on the basis of a VERY tight market in WA with Gorgon and other major projects just around the corner.

I'm a small time investor but I put an extra thousand in BDL this morning because it will move a lot quicker than other speculations (eg out shared interest in OEX).

Actually with a PE in the range of 2 - 3 the upside is huge IF we can assume that operations will return to something like normal.
