This SP dip happened last time coming up to divvy time and the divvy reinvestment plan was announced. It allows current holders (the institutions) to get their divvy in cheaper shares. It is a manipulated crock but happens all the time and the capper will suddenly disappear after Ex-divvy.

It is a tactic that really only works with tightly held stock but if you are aware of it can profit from it. MCU will probably make a liar of me and do a full cash payout!
