    The back page of the AFR today talks about the Downer EDI Spotless takeover battle.... There is a US Hedge Fund called Coltrane which is holding out on the low ball offer put to Spotless shareholders.....Coltrane holds 10.6% .....Its says "there are other ways for Downer to put Coltrane under pressure, such as getting Spotless to do an equity capital raising."
