The SOA and 249d experiences demonstrated that shareholders whos'e analysis indicates value is greater than predator offers and who co-operate with a common purpose can change outcomes. The value ahead for ongoing shareholders is quickly becoming realisable. Any further opportunistic offers should re-galvanise shareholders to organise again and show predators the door. Future substantial realised value should flow to existing ongoing holders who will have earned it by investing, taking ownership risk, and activist shareholder roles.
