    I agree with all your comments and ideas. But don't forget that, if they can manage to get 50% plus one share of the total shares on issue, they will then be able to call all the shots they want, and will do what they like with both the BOD and us.

    Sorry to tell you this, but these are the facts and the reality of it all.

    Oh yes, there are certain rules in place that protects minority shareholders, but, will the ASIC and the ASX keep a constant eye on this company.??

    Nevertheless I am with you on this one.
