As I say in my opinion, the ONLY way of stopping the company falling into MB hands is to wait until any new SOA is made by MB ( which I have little doubt will happen) and then get a great deal ( 2500 shareholders) to vote NO.

As it would be a special resolution it again requires that 2 legs be satisfied, the head count being more than 51% and the votes being more than 75%.

I don't see the vote not reaching 75% this time around as there are too many shares in friendly hands

BUT I do see the vote being able to be knocked off due 51% shareholders of the head count voting NO.

It all in shareholders hands.

BUT people have to start collecting support now. NOT when the SOA is issued, simply not enough time to do it then

Of course that does not preclude some other party coming in and making an offer for CTP and turning it int a free for all.

If shareholders voted down the offer at 20c then why on earth would they not succeed again 6 months later at 14c or whatever the offer is? That would be just pure madness if MB soaked it all up 30% cheaper, they would be laughing into the night at how stupid CTP shareholders are.
