Yeah and those same small shareholders voted for that when they knocked down the first offer at 20c knowing full well that CTP would have to raise capital and dilute their holdings. So MB are still holding all the cards but now the share price is 10.5c and not 20c and therefore shareholders are even more stuffed. It's a pretty embarrassing outcome don't you think?
