    Yes it does! Cottee and the board talked about decoupling from Macquarie,but they have done anything but decouple. Giving Macquarie the underwriting and
    The chance to mop up any spare shares. Holding off on new drilling to next year, when they have known about this for the best part of a year.
    I see soa2 or some other type of takeover attempt before Christmas all in my considered opinion and please Dyor!
