CTP could be in the process of a TO attempt (in my opinion). The low ball bid failed so now an unconventional TO could be underway (in my opinion). The likely process (not saying it is happening) is for a predator to gain enough equity to prevent any other bid, ie gain a blocking stake, perhaps launch anther RI to dilute the equity of other shareholders, spill the Board at 50%, but can happen with much less, and so gain control with majority predator directors and at 90% equity compulsorily acquire remaining shares, and finally privatise the company.
