DB, the notion that BHP could make a takeover and sell everything but PH (the jewel in the crown) is highly likely in my opinion. If they judge PH to be worth $US 2 billion, they would recover the takeover price reasonably easily, especially with GG and Matarbe already gone.

On this assumption, I would suggest at the vehicle used by OH to buy Matarbe would be extremely interested in Sepon. Just issue a few more shares - I reckon he would get a lot of support.
