Put some thought into it. What do Zip make? Nothing.
What do they own? Their apps. The zip money app and the zip app. And anything else. They have invested in a few company's, like 5 million into Superhero I think.
There Zip app maybe cost 1-5 million to make. Not more.

Then they just have their balance book. Incoming and outgoings. And they are currently loosing 200 million a half.
They have the data on the clients, that's probably worth a lot, the spending data.
They don't have a relationship with any consumer. But the rships they maybe have with some merchants should be worth something..

But in terms of what puts food in mouths is ongoing cashflow, money, having a product they are producing. And so far they are loosing 200 million a half I think it is. I may have that number wrong. 150 million. But over a year it's a lot. And based on my last check they have enough money to get to Sept 2023 before it all dries up and a CR is needed.
