i don't think anyone will take over......there is no mojo left in bnpl as anyone can start their own bnpl........if there was and TO interest it wuld have come ...we would have seen likes of SZL get a counter offer....there is no barrier to entry in this sector any more........even if there was a TO offer it will be low ball.....so whats the poit of discussing TO when its in in mum & dads investors favour......and then sonce 89% holders a re mum and dad accumulation of large holding will be difficult....when there is a TO the instos like to pick big chunks.....and with only 2.5% stox available (since 8.5% is shorted) TO is difficult.......its going to be hard work accumulating 10% STOXX .....but having said that BOA who recently declared that they have 5% stake could be the key players.......another 5% would give them major holding and its just a horizontal integration for them.......
