the majority of zips revenue come from fees to its customers,
ANZ in the form of monthly account fees, interest, application fees, late fees.....
USA in the form of charging its customers $4 on every purchases made ($1 per installment) also some parts of north America merchants pass charges onto the customers for using it. ive seen up to $12.
zip imo is the least customer friendly bnpl. hence why i feel they have gone backwards.
