I don’t see 80c as the bod endorsed starting point, I just see that as a look through valuation against a company we were still actively trying to take over until we realised we couldn’t get to 50%. So our BOD must see upside in the one wgompiece of dirt and we all know they see more upside in our other bigger areas.
