when I went to bed at 3:00 last night I made a big mistake and looked again briefly in HC…. When I saw the title of this thread -Offtake-, my night's sleep was over...
A short-term takeover of Tivan would really be the worst case for me....we wouldn't even come close to seeing the true value of Tivan.... It's only been a week since Grant shared with us his vision of a green future for Tivan....
Bill Gates also didn't sell Microsoft before designing his first computer......it doesn't make any sense now to consider a sale of Tivan.
I had already thought about a takeover, but never at this point in time, but only after G. has done his job here in 3-4 years...... then we are at least three dollars anyway......
nobody, neither Expert, is currently able to even approximate a fair value for Tivan. if we asked five experts to do this now, we would get 10 different results. to some, without permits, Speewah is a worthless pile of junk….. to others, I count myself among them, Speewah is the resource that can power Australia with green, clean energy for centuries….value unlimited…..who is right??
I don't know anything about the refinery in terms of size or production capacity.... How is anyone supposed to set a fair value? impossible…
I think that everyone has to determine his personal fair value individually for himself... mine is already very high at the present time, for me Tivan is an extremely hot story... hotter than hot.... because the story is unique….
there has never been such a project with a green refinery….. we get all conceivable support from the state…. The current time is just perfect for Tivan, we are pioneers…. This will also pay off in the share price...
I am absolutely certain that this story will hit future investors like a bomb... Quality of management, longevity of the project...I don't see any problem with financing...it will take time for approval...but we will get ALL ... The Tivan project will become a reality in a few years…. I can already see it clearly in front of me...
I can also see Tivan's share price already on June 30th at prices between 20 -30 cents. …Grant knows exactly which investors he has to address with this story…. It is often written here that the risk is currently still too great for many investors, but they would be interested... I don't think so, 98% of our future investors don't know Tivan yet. I had put forward this thesis some time ago, but it is still valid...
Investors have different goals, and above all they also have a different risk profile.... up to date or precisely because of this, Tivan is for many investors with a high risk profile extremely attractive.. i am thinking hedge fund or private equity…. They are looking for something like Tivan... never forget, our story is hotter than hot....
There should be a capital raise in the next 2-3 months….Grant has already said on several occasions that a capital raise at a low level is not an option for him, nor is the sale of Paul's 4 million shares at the current level …. That means for me that the share price has to go up...... that means we have to find investors very quickly... with our great story, we should succeed....
for the sake of good order, my further price targets:
December 2023 prices between 0,50 and 0.70 cents …..
December 2024 shares between 1.20 and 1.50….
after receiving all permits and before construction starts, prices between 3-5 dollars.....
in the long term, the sky is the limit for Tivan's share price...
just my opinion…
