With China having reduced output do to depletion of quality Graphite and environmental the threat to Syrah is takeover. The stock has two price points, one for graphite at about 8$ or about $12- 15 with Spherical. Remember Spherical price points at today's demand is $2k to $4K per ton. A market shortage is expected as EV production ramps up. A takeover too soon will keep shareholders from a very large payout. Not sure if management can do anything to prevent the takeover. Any ideas.
