In theory should have no effect on MIX.
MGR are not interested in USD assets so presume nil interest to acquire / merge with MIX. Of course it is interesting to note that the strategy for MIX (with higher leverage than MRZ) is to sell assets to realise value for unit holders which is of course what the directors of MRZ should be doing.
