Hopefully the name does not suggest the direction of the company... half yearly results haven't been great. But still profitable.
Growth in Luxury wines will help to maintain margins.
Not sure about a takeover, not sure there is much appetite for this kind of business - what kind business will want to take this over?
They need to improve the overseas businesses, currently only EMEA is performing.
