    By the way VD, why don't you inquire from your friends in Charlies Trousers and Dubai what chased them out of the Central Decline way back in the late 1990's and forced them to go firstly to the Washington Pit and secondly to the Warrior Decline.

    Why was this infrastructure, developed at great cost, suddenly abandoned?
