find8 , once again you rely on dubious figures to try to state your case. You say that FAS's resources are purely speculative, when in fact your claims to GWR having a 1bt resource is in itself, purely speculative, it also leaves you almost 92% short of what they have actually proven.

Add to that that the 86mt Jorc resource is effectively 25% owned by FAS who lay claim to a 25% acceptance rate of their script offer.

Using your own dubious figures, one could surmise that if your 1bt JORC figure is a reality, then FAS will have a proven JORC resource of some 250mt, that's almost 3 times the current GWR JORC.

So before you start down ramping fas and saying it's worthless, just remember they have a partial claim to the same resource as GWR, and if rumours are true that the rest of the mother load is on a FAS or Classic tenement, Then Fas could end up having a much larger holding than GWR.

As to you stating that you'll only sell at $4.00 but wouldn't purchase at that price because the market has it valued at $2.92 a share. and why should you pay more than you have to. The same can be said for FAS, why would they pay you a cash payment of $4, when they can buy on market for almost half that.

I'm glad you're not my accountant, because your figures just don't add up. they are in fact, very dubious, to say the least.

    regards
