FAS will need to make a cash offer .. and go into substantial debt in the order of $200 mill plus .. and an interest rate of about $20 mill per annum to have a chance of succeeding.

So the enterprise value of GWR will plummet from $200 mill
plus to zero if FAS succeeds.
Guess what will happen to FAS share price when people take the zero enterprise value and $20 mill per annum interest bill into account.

That's right FAS will be trading at less than a quarter of wher it is now !
