    AVJ have increased their borrowings by $175 mill + unused borrowings and cash on hand they could have the fire power for a tilt at DVN.

    DVN would be a nice fit for AVJ and I am sure they know this!

    DVN is a business awaiting rationalisation and reduction in overheads!
