That all sounds very positive, have you given any thought as to what offers might be forthcoming.
I'm probably a reluctant seller I'm thinking the long term divvie returns from this could be exceptional.
But if they make me an offer I can't refuse? Who am I to argue with a nice profit.
Just hope I can get past the 12 month point and avoid all that nasty CGT(another 2 months).
Tomorrow is a big day for me one year anniversary in PLS. WoooooHoooooo!!!! but I ain't selling for a while yet.
