I can't see a takeover until the project is fully derisked. By that I mean Both Government Conventions signed and Both Governments issuing the mining permits required.
At that point I think a number of players might want to take it over, Korean , Chinese , Japanese and International Mining companies eg Xstrata, RIO Tinto,Bhp to name a few.
Gee I hope there isn't a bidding war?
What would we do? :)
