Hi Pythagerous, I would see that the Camaroon and Congo govts are very astute that they wont grant permits until finance/offtake. No one will IMO try to takoever a company where the incumbent governments are closely aligned with the business. Cannot see that happening without all parties being in agreement - that means NO hostile takeover.

The African nations are developing. They would not risk their future by short shifting their key players.
