    BOW is going to be taken over via a Scheme Of Arrangement.
    MEL I hope if it is taken over will be subject to a takeover.

    I've started a thread on the Shareholders Education Forum so that retail shareholders of both companies can discuss the pros and cons of each method as they affect US the retail shareholder.
