I hope like hell that this is only a remote possibility.......... but if the sp continues to decline and unfortunately it will or malinger at best without any significant announcements we become progressively more vulnerable to a takeover. Typically a 30% to 35% premium is paid to shareholders on a takeover. On current price levels that gives us 3.3 cents a share at best for our investment.
An alternative view albeit extreme is for 10 cents a share. Yes I know this is absurd at a 400% premium but it does sound good and int does have contracts, oh I am sorry BLUE SKY contracts.
Contracts are legally binding and have disclosure obligations, oh I nearly forgot... they must be dated also. Under the ASX Listing Rules they must be announced to the market in a timely manner....... and most of us already know this anyway.
