The appearance of Macquarie Bank on the GRD register was somewhat surprising, but understandable given opportunities that may arise in the United Kingdom. Macquarie purchased 17m units at $1.87ps (total holding 17.8m shares, 9%) on November 29th, from Quinnup Holdings, a company believed to be associated with former CEO/Chairman Brettney Fogarty. Quinnup remains a substantial shareholder with approx 21% of GRD.
