    Seems strange that one of our own directors is leading the charge to takeover our company whilst being a director of both entities.

    Surely this has to be a conflict of interest!

    To expect shareholders to accept a pittance for their investment is ridiculous.

    This all makes me think they desperately need our company for their own gain.
