I'd be surprise if OH didnt have a few targets in mind already. He loves his "4 quarter" footy analogy and continues to harp on that we are late in the 2nd quarter where you have to "run like mad" (grow the sp, grow larger through organic growth and t/o/mergers) or get swallowed up.
