1. Brokers only know half of the growth story - Fact!
2. Ox earnings are as follows; 50% CU, 40% ZN, 10% gold,silver,lead!
3. 2007, Zinc will increase to 50% of Ox earnings.
4. Golden Grove expected earnings for 2007 before tax and capital expenditure approx $400M.
5. Ox earnings once Prominent Hill comes on stream and meets production targets, >$1Billion before tax.
6. Share price, $9-10. by 2009.
7. Ox looking for takeover targets! Preference is Zinc! Ox believes in the zinc story big time. Golden Grove running at full capacity. New open pit to be developed and scuddles U/G to be brought back into production. Problem at the Grove is mill capacity!
8. The link between Newcrest and Ox mentioned in earlier posts are not as silly as it appears. Newcrest and Ox will kill off any potential suiters if this was to happen. Especially attractive to Ox as Newcrest has risks with Telfer! Downside is that Ox would lose its takeover premium as the market probably would not like it. The main hitch here is the Ox CEO would not want to lose the Ox name. Ox would never be rebadged as Newcrest. Would Newcrest change to Ox???
