I'd value HUM in a different way.

I'm looking at the cost decline curves and then if revenues stay flat at 0% and then CAGR rev declines of 5%. This is to be safe. This becomes a hypothesis any news suggesting otherwise gives it a unidirectional move.

The safest and lowest multiple number to use is 9.4,[After all the maths and risk multiple factored in plus ignore cash accumulation] and then multiply that by upcoming FCF. This might sound ridiculous but the play on HUM is not growth, but a valuation play.

My minimum price target is $1.51 - $1.61. IT IS A MINIMUM PRICE TARGET.
Under favorable scenarios, it is significantly higher.

I have looked at least 10-15 different scenarios. They all say the same thing.

A private equity can easily take them out at this stage.

What I'm also fairly confident is management might declare a dividend and this alone will put the share price up significantly higher.
