    wow, this is deja vu from my HDR disappointment. A capitulating board...selling out at an undervalued price! At least I get to keep 40% of my stock....

    I hoped the HDR TO would get voted down, everyone on HC was saying "no no no" and it finished something like 96.4% yes. So don't hold your breath.
